Bought as replacement for dead imac drive. Works fine. But you will need to get a software fix for out of control fan speeds if replacing the original drive. (firmware issue)

This drive started reallocating sectors at 6300 hours. Way to soon to fail. Will be avoiding Seagate drives in future. Have had much better luck with Hitachi & Western Digital.
